Tax Incentives Specialist Under the general supervision of the Tax Incentives Supervisor, the Tax Incentives Specialist performs a variety of duties in the area of tax incentives (Exemptions/Real Estate, Abatements & Public Utilities, TIF and CAUV  Parcels); prepares and maintains property records in the CAMA and Tax systems; maintains the values, documents and spreadsheets relating to Public Utility, Railroad, Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Enterprise Zone (EZ) abated parcels; aids nonprofit corporations in obtaining tax exemption from real estate taxes; processes new TIF applications; performs other related duties as required.
