Deputy Appraisal Director	Under administrative direction of the Appraisal Director, the Deputy Appraisal Director is responsible for all real estate valuations made in house by appraisal staff as well as all appraised values made by contract Appraisers; responsible for oversight into the annual maintenance (new construction) projects as well as the six year Sexennial Reappraisal and the third year Triennial Update valuations; responsible for supervision and management of all day to day activities with the appraisal staff; responsible for learning year end abstract and edit processes along with creation of all project constituent mailers: high level understanding of tax incentives such as TIF’s, Exemptions, Abatements and the CAUV processes; performs other related duties as required. This position is privy to confidential information and performs a variety of fiduciary tasks for the Auditor’s Office. Financial Reporting Supervisor	Under direction of the Deputy Financial Officer, the Financial Reporting Supervisor is responsible for both internal and external financial reporting, including regulatory filings; responsible for technical accounting leadership, implementation of accounting policies across the County, and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); plays a key role in the Auditor's efforts to implement new technology in order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting processes and improve financial reporting deliverables; collaborates with the staff by developing and providing reports of relevant historical data for various financial forecasting tools; performs other related duties as required.	10/03/2023	Apply
